WHAT WE DO

Bridging the
Financial Inclusion
gap

At TeamApt, we aim to truly bridge the financial inclusion gap. We empower underserved individuals & businesses in emerging and frontier markets with a range of financial services.

Our products act as the financial access lifelines for individuals and businesses in otherwise hard to reach communities, enabling them to access and manage their money more efficiently.

How we started

Founded in 2015, TeamApt’s initial approach to delivering financial happiness was by creating financial solutions aimed at optimizing the operations of partner banks and financial institutions. Our focus was on improving the experiences of the customers and businesses that these institutions served.

20 17

Making strides

By 2017, we were servicing 26 financial institutions. Our products helped them optimise their core bank back-office operations and improve the service experience for their over 10 million customers.

Breaking new frontiers

In 2018, we realised fulfilling financial happiness through others was not enough, as it still left a lot of people excluded from financial services. After confronting this fact, we had to evolve and take a more direct approach to achieve our mission. Using our industry experience, technical depth and customer-first approach, we started working on direct consumer & business-facing products.
